Purchase the VS Code extension through the Intellij SFCC website. Your licenses are managed in your Intellij SFCC account. VS Code and JetBrains have separate licenses; for the JetBrains plugin, follow Purchase for JetBrains

On the pricing page, choose Personal or Organization, then choose a monthly or yearly subscription, or select Lifetime for VS Code. Review the current price and checkout total before paying

Lifetime licenses
A Personal lifetime license costs $200 once. Commercial lifetime seats cost $320 per seat once, with a minimum of two seats per order. Both provide perpetual access to the VS Code extension without recurring charges or renewal, and both include lifetime support. Applicable tax is shown at checkout.
Lifetime commercial seats belong to your organization and can be assigned or reassigned to members. Buy additional lifetime seats when your team grows. An existing recurring subscription is not automatically canceled by a lifetime purchase; manage its renewal separately in Billing. Lifetime access does not activate the JetBrains plugin.

- On the pricing page, choose Personal or Organization, then Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime, and select Buy VS Code license. For an organization, set Seats first; the button then names your count, for example Buy 5 VS Code seats
- Sign in or create your Intellij SFCC account if you are asked to. The plan page opens with your choice already selected. For a team purchase, select the organization you are purchasing for, or create one when prompted, and confirm the seat quantity. Then select Continue to checkout
- On the checkout page, review the authorized order and the total, then complete the payment form. Wait for Your subscription is ready or Your lifetime license is ready
- Select View licenses, or open your dashboard to check your licenses. For a team, choose the correct organization and open Seats to assign available seats to members
Joining an organization or accepting an invitation does not assign a paid seat. An organization owner or member with seat-management permission must make the assignment. If your organization already has a subscription, use Billing to manage its seat quantity
Activate access in VS Code
Install the extension if you have not already done so, then open the Intellij SFCC Account view or run the login command

- Not signed in yet: select Login in Intellij SFCC Account, or run the login command. The browser signs you in on intellijsfcc.com and hands the access key back to VS Code. If the redirect does not work, paste the key into the Intellij SFCC Access Key box. Use the account that owns the personal license or has the assigned organization seat
- Already signed in: select Sync Access on the Plugin access card, or run Intellij SFCC: Refresh Account and Access Data from the Command Palette
- The view title changes to Intellij SFCC | Access Active and the card names your license, for example Lifetime personal license or Personal subscription
If access is missing, select Open Dashboard and check the account, license, and seat assignment. The Account Panel guide covers the recovery steps
Manage your subscription
Use Billing in your Intellij SFCC dashboard to review your subscription. For an organization, select the intended organization before managing billing or seat assignments. Assigning or unassigning a member's seat does not change the billed seat quantity
