Do you offer volume pricing and enterprise procurement?

Yes. Plugin customers can request volume pricing, annual invoicing, purchase orders, MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and security review. JetBrains licenses follow JetBrains Marketplace procurement; VS Code licenses are paid for on this site. For services, email a project brief so the scope can be mapped to monthly engineering capacity or the fixed migration program.

Can I switch between JetBrains and VS Code licenses?

Yes. Each license is independent. JetBrains licenses are managed through your JetBrains account, and VS Code licenses are managed through your Intellij SFCC account. Teams running mixed editor stacks typically buy both.

How does seat licensing work for commercial and enterprise teams?

Commercial seats are billed per developer. You select the seat count at checkout for VS Code, or through JetBrains Marketplace for JetBrains IDEs. Seats can be added at any time without resetting the current billing cycle. Enterprise customers receive volume discounts starting at 5 seats.

What is included in SFCC Engineering Partner?

SFCC Engineering Partner starts at From $10,000/month and includes up to 160 hours/month of SFCC engineering, consulting, team lead work, production release support, developer education, migration work, and custom plugin development. Unlimited internal plugin licenses are included while the monthly services engagement is active.

What is the SFCC Headless Migration Program?

It is a $500,000 fixed project for companies moving from SFRA or pipelines to PWA/headless architecture. The program is planned around 5 months, 3-5 SFCC developers, go-live-ready delivery for the agreed scope, and lifetime unlimited org-wide plugin licenses.

Do you support security and data-handling review?

Yes — for enterprise customers, we provide product architecture documentation, data-handling details, and answers to your security questionnaire. Custom NDAs and DPAs are available on request as part of an enterprise contract.

Is there a trial?

Yes. The plugin offers 7 days so teams can evaluate the full SFCC tooling — cartridge navigation, ISML inspections, debugging, and metadata flows — before purchasing.

Can I cancel or downgrade?

Yes. VS Code subscriptions can be cancelled or switched between monthly and annual billing from your Intellij SFCC account. Paddle applies prorated billing for mid-cycle monthly-to-annual upgrades and annual-to-monthly downgrades. JetBrains licenses are managed through your JetBrains account. Enterprise contracts follow the cancellation terms agreed in the MSA.
