Intellij SFCC puts its everyday controls where you already look in VS Code: the status bar, the Explorer right-click menu, and the editor title bar
Status bar items
The items appear once the workspace has a linked cartridge and a connection. Hover one for its tooltip, click it to act. From left to right:

Inside an open file, the editor's right-click menu has B2C - Upload to Active Instance and B2C Add Skill. In a JSON file, the Intellij SFCC submenu holds the sync action. Right-click an editor tab to upload that file

The Log File Editor adds Focus Log Filter, Parse into Log Center, Open Log Center, and Open Raw Text
