Cookie Policy

We separate required product cookies from optional analytics and advertising cookies. You stay in control of everything optional.

Cookies at a glance

  • Required cookies keep sign-in, preferences, checkout, and security working - always on.
  • Optional analytics and advertising cookies only load with your consent.
  • You can grant or withdraw consent at any time, and your browser can block cookies too.

How cookies work here

Cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, let the website, customer dashboard, and checkout remember you and work reliably. We group them into two buckets: required cookies that the Products cannot run without, and optional analytics and advertising cookies that only load with your consent.

You are always in control of the optional ones

Required cookies are not controlled by consent because the Products would break without them. Everything optional stays off until you allow it, and you can change your mind at any time.

Required cookies

These keep core functionality working and are always on. They do not track you across other sites and are not used for advertising.

Authentication and session.
Keep you signed in through Kinde and protect your account and dashboard session.
Preferences.
Remember theme, sidebar state, and consent choices so the app behaves the way you set it.
Checkout and billing security.
Support secure purchases and renewals through Paddle and help prevent payment fraud.
Security and abuse prevention.
Help us detect bots, License abuse, and suspicious activity that threatens the Products.

Optional analytics cookies

With your consent, we measure how the website and Products are used so we can improve them. These load only after you accept analytics.

Analytics providers

  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for page views, ecommerce events, and purchase-journey analysis, operating under Google consent mode;
  • aggregated reporting that helps us understand which pages and features matter most.

Optional advertising cookies

With your consent, advertising tools help us measure campaigns, attribute conversions, and show relevant ads. These stay blocked unless you grant advertising consent.

Advertising and conversion providers

  • Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for conversion measurement and retargeting using click identifiers and first-party cookies;
  • Crisp to operate live support chat and remember your chat session when you use it.

Server-side conversion events may be sent to Google, Meta, and LinkedIn after checkout so browser and server events can be deduplicated. Matching data is normalized and hashed before transmission, and sensitive data is never sent in plain text.

Changes and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy as the Products and our tools change. When we do, we will revise the “Updated” date below. For more on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy. Questions? Contact [email protected].
